B+W Filter F-Pro 022 Yellow filter -495- MRC 39mm

A general-purpose contrast filter for black and white photography, the 39mm Yellow MRC 022M Filter from B+W helps to increase contrast when working outdoors by suppressing blue and other cool tones. The medium yellow of the color results in a darkening of blues and greens, while lightening yellows, reds, and other warm tones, in order to produce a more naturally appearing outdoor scene. This results in increased cloud definition and reduced atmospheric haze for improved clarity.

This filter features a Multi-Resistant Coating (MRC), which helps to lessen surface reflections and ghosting for maintained contrast, and the coating also resists scratching, dirt, and water for physical protection. Schott glass is also used to maintain imaging integrity and optical clarity, and it features an F-Pro brass filter ring for durability as well as jamming prevention.
