The Amaran P60X is an expanded bi-color LED panel designed for content creators, videographers, and indie filmmakers. Its optical design (45°) allows the P60x to use its 60W bi-color LED chipset to produce high-intensity light output, measuring a staggering 5,070+ lux at 1 meter (5600K). In addition, using the control knobs or the built-in Sidus Link App integration, users can adjust the color temperature of the P60x between 3200K-6500K. Using the Sidus Link app, users can also take advantage of specialized tools such as Source Match and Custom FX.
The Amaran P60x also accomplishes these feats while maintaining excellent color rendering scores of CRI ≥95 and TLCI ≥97.
The P60x can be operated using the included AC Power Supply or two Sony NP-F Style batteries for over an hour. When connected to AC Power, the P60x can also charge NP-F Style batteries, making it the perfect multi-tool for content creators.
With the unique design of the P60x, users can attach the included collapsible soft box to the four corners of the panel without any tools or screws. The P60x also includes a 45° light control grid for the soft box, limiting spill light and easily attaching using hook-andloop fabric.
The Amaran P60 series is compact, lightweight, and portable, making it a flexible tool for any video.

With it, you can easily adjust the colour temperature of the light between 2700 K and 6500 K to suit your needs. A compatible Hyper Reflector Mini canopy is included in the kit. With its help, you can achieve an impressive maximum light intensity of 125925 lux (at a colour temperature of 6500 K) from a distance of 0.5 m. The lamp can be controlled remotely from a distance of up to 80 m using the Sidus Link mobile app. Thanks to a special adapter for 2 NP-F rechargeable batteries, the device will also prove useful wherever you do not have access to an electrical socket.

Precise colour reproduction
When looking at photographs or films, we often do not realise how much influence the light used has had on their colours. Unpleasant shades of green or magenta are often the result of low-quality lighting. It is therefore advisable to go for devices that offer high values for coefficients such as CRI, TLCI, CQS and SSI. Canopy included
Together with the Amaran COB 60x LED lamp, you will receive a compatible Hyper Reflector Mini canopy. The modifier will allow you to narrow the light beam to 15º. It makes it even easier for you to adapt to the conditions on set. The canopy has been optimised to work best with the LED COB chip used in the Amaran COB 60x. A canopy and lamp with Bowens mount is simply the perfect set!
Great power in a small housing
Thanks to its small dimensions, the Amaran COB 60x LED lamp will not take up much space in your luggage. It is so lightweight that you can conveniently shine it “hand-held” if required, which is certainly appreciated by those involved in photography. Its inconspicuous size, however, is matched by its sensational performance. The maximum output power here is 65 W. When you combine the lamp with the Hyper Reflector Mini canopy and set the light colour temperature at 6500 K, you get a beam with an intensity of as much as 125925 lux!
Fire, explosions and fireworks
The Amaran COB 60x LED lamp offers 9 built-in special effects. You will activate them via the Sidus Link mobile app, which allows you to control the device remotely. Predefined modes will allow you to simulate: paparazzi flashes, fireworks, a broken bulb, lightning, TV, pulsating light, flashes, explosions and campfire light. With special effects, you will add variety to your cinematic shots without having to increase your budget for the video footage you produce.
Sidus Link app
The Amaran COB 60x LED lamp is compatible with the Sidus Mesh system, which allows remote control via the Sidus Link app. You download it completely free from Google Play, App Store, Mi App Store or Huawei App Gallery. The app allows you to control a single light source as well as an entire setup of lighting equipment from Aputure and Amaran brands.
Multiple power ways
Included with the Amaran COB 60x LED lamp you will find a traditional power supply with a 4m cable. If you are planning outdoor shooting in locations where it is not possible to use it, due to lack of access to electrical outlets, nothing lost! A special power adapter will enable you to conveniently work with 2 NP-F batteries. After purchasing the appropriate cable, the flash can also be powered by V-Lock / V-Mount batteries.
PN-F rechargeable batteries are NOT PART OF THE KIT and MUST be purchased separately.
Standard Bowens
The Amaran COB 60x LED lamp uses the mounting of the popular Bowens system. This is a widespread standard in the world of film and photography. Whether you need soft, delicate lighting or whether you want it to be harsh or spot on, with the Bowens system you are sure to find the right modifier. Gateways, canopies, softboxes, grids or streamers are waiting to be combined with the Amaran COB 60x. The icing on the cake is the umbrella hole, which is built into the articulated mounting adapter included in the kit.
