SMDV B500 TTL Strobe 500W AC-DC Dual-Purpose
The SMDV B500 TTL strobe is a powerful 500W studio flash unit with both battery and AC power options. It has a guide number of 32 (at ISO 100) and a colour temperature of 5600K. At full power you can flash up to 300 times on one battery with speeds from 1/250s to 1/10000s.
Extensive possibilities
The power can be set from full power to at least 1/256 in 1/3rd steps. The charging time varies from 0.05 to 2.2 seconds: super fast! The LCD display and the control panel on the back of the B500 lamp show the current settings at a glance and can easily be adjusted. The B500 also features a 17 Watt LED modelling lamp for testing the light prior to flashing.
TTL and HSS
The SMDV B500 supports TTL for Canon, Nikon, Fuji, and Sony, and high-speed sync up to 1/8000s. Optional transmitters let you control up to four flashes simultaneously, with up to 80 groups available. The transmitters can be found under accessories.
AC and battery power
The SMDV B500 flash is as easy to use on location as in the studio. Connect an optional AC power pack to maintain a constant supply of power to your studio light. With the included 5000mAh li-ion battery, you're free to go wherever you want.
