AGM Rattler TS25-384 Thermal Rifle Scope

The Rattler TS25-384 from American AGM Global Vision is a thermal imaging rifle scope for shorter distances. This thermal scope features a 384x288 detector (17μm), 25mm objective lens, OLED display, and real-time (50 Hz) images so you can easily track moving animals. The unit is compact and weighs only 500 grams, which is good for balance and your comfort.

The AGM Rattler TS25-384 has a wide 15-degree field of view and 1.5x optical magnification. With a digital zoom, you can increase this up to 12x. The picture-in-picture mode allows you to zoom in on a small section of the image even further. During use, you can view a razor-sharp 0.39" OLED display with a resolution of 1024x768 pixels. Brightness and contrast can be adjusted manually. The control menu can be set in 17 languages, including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish and the four Scandinavian languages.

You can use five different reticles, which can be adjusted in three colors and brightness. These increase in size with the zoom you use, similar to the First Focal Plane or FFP on daytime rifle scopes. You can also turn off the reticles. To shoot in the scope, you can adjust both the height and the width. For the 100 meter adjustment range, each click is equivalent to 25.4 mm / 0.89 MOA / 0.26 mil. To calculate the approximate distance to your target, you can use the stadiametric rangefinder.

The environment can be displayed in different color palettes, including Black Hot, White Hot and Red Hot. You can take photos and videos that are stored on the 16GB internal memory. You can also connect the AGM Rattler to Wi-Fi to transfer images directly to a smartphone or tablet.

The thermal scope comes standard with a Weaver/Picatinny mount. If your rifle has a different mount - e.g. Dovetail type - then you will need an adapter (available at many hunting stores or online shops). The unit is IP67 certified, which means it is waterproof and can survive a 1.5 meter drop onto concrete. This means that you can use the AGM Rattler even in the most difficult conditions. With the two CR123 batteries included, you can use the device for up to 4.5 hours.
