FM-052SC is a 5" on-camera monitor for DSLR and ENG cameras that offers auto flip, H/V level meter, and auto luminance control. Also, its integrated HDMI-to-SDI converter enables to connect an external display.
The BON FM-052SC is a portable, 5” video monitor for cameras with an 800x480 resolution display, a contrast of 600:1 and a 170 degrees of viewing angle. It features an SD/HD/3G-SDI and HDMI inputs as well as an SDI output selectable between loop-through or convert out modes. The embedded HDMI to SDI converter preserves the HDMI's original resolution in its SDI output stream, so cameramen can watch their video on another external monitor without blur or flickering. The HDMI supports up to 1080p60 video, the SDI input supports all SD and HD resolution, up to 2K (2048x1080 at 24p).
It is powered by DC sources of 7V – 17V (an AC adapter is included) or, optionally, using Panasonic (CGA-D54), Sony (NP-F570/770/970), or Canon (LP-E6) mount batteries. Small (138x102x26.5 mm) and lightweight (350 g), the FM-052SC can accommodate many different camera types and shooting styles.
The monitor also features many advanced function, including auto flip – automatically flipping the image when the monitor is upside down, and simultaneous Waveform and Vectorscope display. In addition, users can choose to display focus assistance, false colors, time code, pixel-to-pixel view, tally, audio level meters and much more! Optional accessories include DV Battery Mount, Pouch, and Acrylic Protector for the display.
