Photopro QAL-400 quick-mount plate

The Fotopro QAL-400 is an extra-long quick-mount plate, compatible with the Arca-Swiss standard. It will be an ideal choice for those who use telephoto lenses or want to create a portable and extended camera or camcorder workstation. The plate features 8 mounting points with 1/4″ female threads, 4.5 mm and 7.5 mm diameter holes, as well as a cold shoe mount. There are also rubber facings to improve grip, a spirit level and laser-engraved graduations (1 – 38 cm). You will also find 3 1/4″ mounting screws included.

The accessory provides perfect stability and makes it easy to set the optimum centre of gravity. Thanks to its numerous mounting threads and three 1/4″ screws, you can use it as a base to create a portable workstation which, in addition to the camera, also consists of an LED light, microphone and many other devices.

Mounting additional accessories

Up to 8 female 1/4″ threads are arranged along the entire length of the Fotopro QAL-400 quick-mount plate. These will allow you to install additional devices such as “magic arm” mounts, LED lights, preview screens, microphones or heads. There are also special mounting holes (4.5 mm and 7.5 mm in diameter). These will make it possible to install a telephoto lens support. An additional convenience is the integrated cold shoe mount.
