Linkstar Conical Snoot MTA-CS for MT Series

The Linkstar MTA-CS Conical Snoot is suitable for the Linkstar MT-Series Studio Flash Units and allows you to direct and control the light. The MTA-CS slides over your studio flash unit and is fixed with 3 screws. Specifically, the MTA-CS is often used to illuminate hair in portrait photography or as background light for portrait, product or food photography. The MTA-CS is supplied with two honeycomb grids with a diameter of 6 cm, to effectively bundle and direct the light.

The MTA-CS from Linkstar is a conical snoot that is specially designed for studio flash units with a 9.5 cm diameter, such as flash units from the Linkstar MT series but also for example the Falcon Eyes SS series.

Application Linkstar MTA-CS

This conical snoot is a very useful tool for portrait photographers, because you can easily bundle and position the light. You can use it for example to create a hair light. This creates a narrow, bundled light source, as it were, with which you light up the subject from the background, creating depth. You can also use the snoot as a backlight when you photograph products or food.

With which flash units can I use this snoot?

The MTA-CS is compatible with all studio flash units of which the housing has an outside diameter of 9.5 cm. For example the Falcon Eyes SS-200D or Linkstar MT-250D (see optional accessories).
