The D-XLR converts 12-48V phantom power to 3V Plug in Power, allowing microphones with 3.5mm TRS connectors to be operated via phantom power. The D-XLR is specifically designed for Deitys V-Series microphones to power their smart TRRS connectors from a standard XLR connector via PIP.

At the same time, D-XLR has no negative impact on microphones like the V-Mic D3 Pro in terms of signal-to-noise ratio, absolute harmonic distortion and sensitivity. The D-XLR uses a standardized 3.5mm TRS* connector with a gold-plated surface, so the contacts on the connector stick better and dont loosen.

*It does not work with 3.5mm lavalier microphones wired for Sony UWP.
