Using this Switch insert, you can attach your light source to any Rapid Box Switch or Beauty Dish Switch modifier in a snap. The versatile Switch system allows you to mount different studio lights or portable flashes to the same Switch softbox.
Instead of using a special speed ring, just slide this adapter into the rear tabs of your Switch modifier and lock it directly into place with a sliding thumb lock.,
