With the compact 14mm wide angle lens by walimex pro you can create unique shots. The wide angle reduces the image scale as compared to tele lenses at the same distance from the motif, so that the rendering of a larger area is possible. The walimex pro lens is well-suited for the entire spectrum of wide angle pictures, especially landscape photos and videos and shots in interior rooms. The pronounced depth perception of wide angle shots provides space for creative use. With a minimum focusing distance of only 28cm, the lens, which is focused manually, is particularly well-suited for sharp, high-contrast filming from a short distance. Due to the excellent lens speed of 1:3.1, optimal shooting is possible in poor lighting conditions as well.

This lens from walimex pro has been developed for videography. The aperture can be infinitely adjusted from 1.5 to 22 and focussing is soft and light moving. This enables soft focus tracking, particularly in videography. Both the aperture ring and the focus ring are provided with a ring gear and have thus been optimized for use with focussing facilities (Follow Focus Systems) and ease their use when filming. The distance and aperture scales are arranged on the side for better readability

The walimex pro 85/1.5 video lens with its focal length of 135 mm zooms in on details without bringing the typical, lapsing telescopic effect into the picture. Since it is free of distortion and with its aperture it by far surpasses the standard Vario lens of the digital camera. Hand-held shots and even snapshots do not cause problems with this focal length.
