The Yongnuo YN 14mm f/2.8 is a super-wide, high-brightness lens designed to work with full-frame cameras equipped with the Canon EF mount.
Wide frame
With a focal length of 14mm, the lens offers an extremely wide angle of view of 114°. It allows you to easily fit breathtaking landscapes or monumental buildings into the frame. The extremely short focal length allows the reporter to show the entire plan where available space is limited. When viewing a picture taken with the YN 14 mm f/2.8, the viewer feels like they are right in the centre of the action.
Large brightness
The large aperture guarantees more light reaching the sensor. Shorter shutter speeds can therefore be used, even in difficult lighting conditions. The wide range of aperture settings (ranging from f/2.8 to f/22) allows comfortable and precise control over depth of field. The maximum aperture (f/2.8) is a shallow depth of field that allows the main subject of the photo to be highlighted by blurring the background. The f/22 aperture, on the other hand, allows the maximum amount of detail to be captured in the photographed scene and maintains sharpness in all planes.
Precise AF
The Yongnuo YN 14mm f/2.8 is equipped with a state-of-the-art autofocus (AF) system for fast and precise focusing. The AF / MF switch located on the side of the housing allows you to switch to manual focus mode whenever you need manual focus control.
Working with the lens is also made easier with an easy to read depth of field scale. The minimum focus distance of 0.2 metres allows you to “step into” the scene and capture key moments up close.
Optical design
The optical design of the Yongnuo YN 14mm f/2.8 consists of 12 lenses arranged in 7 groups. The use of specially designed optical elements and coatings allows for effective aberration and flare reduction. The lens works with both full-frame sensors and cameras equipped with APS-C format sensors (taking into account the focal length multiplier).

A built-in micro USB port allows the lens firmware to be updated, improving its compatibility with the latest camera bodies.
