More space for your weather data with the additional base station The additional base station has especially useful functions for the bedroom: Use the integrated alarm function with snooze button for a gentle start to the day. Just glance at your night stand to know whether today is a favourite T-shirt day or a heavy pullover day. The 88 x 107 mm colour display shows a reliable local weather forecast for the next 12 hours as an intuitive and clear graphic. For those who need to know more, there’s also the Feels-like indicator . This will give you an idea of how warm or cold it will feel outside as soon as you walk through the door. All calculated with high accuracy and taking into account the current temperature and humidity. Useful feature for winter: Activate a special frost/ice warning alarm for external temperatures from -3 °C. That way, you’ll know when you’re on thin ice. Other room, other focus: The kitchen and bathroom are top candidates for moisture formation and mould . That’s why they’re a good location for an additional base station. Your indoor sensor reliably measures indoor temperature and humidity and shows the condition of the air with the graphic comfort indicator . To assess the quality of the air , you need more than just the current value. The handy history function shows you the measured values for the past 24 hours . You also have access to the min./max. values from your external sensor , e.g. for air pressure, precipitation quantity, etc. at the push of a button. No mention of moisture? Have the opposite problem in warm, heated air? Evaluating the measured data will also help you to avoid excessively dry air . And because the critical values are different for every room and situation, you can adjust the maximum and minimum value alarms individually. The acoustic signal and light signal will alert you when your value has been reached.
