The Boya Deadcat BY-B04 is suitable for the Boya BY-PVM1000L. The Deadcat is made of artificial fur and specially designed to reduce wind noise when recording outdoors or in adverse environmental conditions.

Usage BY-B04

You can use the Deadcat as windshield for your audio equipment. Because of the special inner lining you reduce the wind noise, but you ll keep the acoustic sound. The BY-B04 is equipped with an elastic cord so it ll fit at almost every audio recorder. It has a grey mixed color.

The BY-B04 is equipped with an elastic cord so it’ll fit at almost every audio recorder. It has a grey mixed color.  The wind cap has an inner diameter of Ø 1.9 - 2.3 cm and is 24 cm deep. So all microphones of this size are suitable.
