Canon LP-E6NH Battery (4132C002)

The EOS R5 and EOS R6 are supplied with the new LP-E6NH battery. It offers around 14% more power per charge than its predecessor. LP-E6NH batteries can be charged with the supplied battery charger or in the camera via USB-C 3.1 with 5 V / 1.5 A power supply (PD). The LP-E6NH is also compatible with EOS cameras that were originally supplied with the previous LP-E6N and LP-E6 batteries - with the new battery there is also a performance advantage with these cameras. In addition, the older LP-E6 and LP-E6N batteries are also compatible with the EOS R5 and EOS R6 - although the highest burst rate and charging in the camera is not possible when using the LP-E6 batteries.

Power select Canon cameras with the LP-E6NH rechargeable lithium-ion battery. This battery has the same form factor as the LP-E6/LP-E6N battery, and can be used as a higher capacity substitute for those batteries. The 2130mAh capacity should provide an improvement to battery life of approximately 14%. Additionally, it supports in-camera charging via USB with select camera models.
