The display also shows the graphical weather trend and perceived temperature using the readings from the sensor (not included). Based on this data, you can then decide what to wear for the day. Featuring a  built-in backlight that can be switched on and off , the display also shows the other data from your 5-in-1 outdoor sensor (not included). This include the wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation , as well the heat index, dew point, Beaufort scale and historical data . Great feature for frosty days: The base station also has an ice warning function that sounds the alarm 30 minutes earlier when the temperature drops below -3 °C.
