You need the Kowa Adapter Ring TSN-AR37 to connect your camera lens with Ø37mm filter thread to a TSN-DA10 or TSN-DA20 digiscoping adapter. Connect your digital camera to your Kowa spotting scope and use your spotting scope as a telephoto lens.
