Expansion Chassis for Enhanced Storage

Add up to 4x R24-E expansion chassis for massive storage capacity and extreme performance. The R24 has four dedicated SAS ports to which you can connect R24-E expansions via a mini-SAS cable that is included with every expansion chassis. If the drives in the R24-E have the same capacity per drive as the drives in the R24, you can easily merge the media pools into a single pool using Jellyfish Manager. This will increase the aggregate performance for the system.

Storage Capacity and Performance

By adding up to four R24-E expansion chassis, storage capacity can jump to a whopping 2.1 Petabytes with sustained Read/Write speeds exceeding 7000MB/s.
