AGM Comanche-22 Night Vision Clip-On Gen2+

The Comanche-22 from the American AGM Global Vision is a compact night vision scope,  which can be used both as clip-on, front sight and handheld. With this scope, you can turn your conventional rifle scope into a night vision rifle scope without having to re-zero! In addition, you will receive a rubber eyepiece with this product as standard, so that you can also use the night vision viewer handheld as well.

You can attach the AGM Comanche-22 to your rifle scope using an adapter ring, or you can put the scope in front of it (provided that the rail on your weapon is of sufficient length). For optimal use, this clip-on is especially recommended if you use a magnification of 7x or lower on your rifle scope. This night vision scope itself does not contain a reticle, you use the one from your rifle scope.

Features of the night vision clip-on

The night vision unit features a Generation 2+ image intensifier tube (IIT) that displays the environment in the recognizable green image or Green Phosphor. The IIT ensures that the ambient light present is amplified thousands of times. Also, the AGM Comanche-22 offers "manual gain" allowing you to set the brightness entirely to your preference. Because a night vision scope with IIT can convert even a minimal amount of ambient light into visible image, you will have a clear image even on dark nights. When it gets too dark you can use the infrared illuminator.

The scope features an optical 1x magnification, a large objective lens and a 12 degree field of view. It is only 17 cm long and weighs less than 750 grams. Power is supplied by means of the included CR123 battery (additional batteries can be found in the optional accessories). With one battery, you can use the scope for up to 60 hours.

Mounting to your rifle scope or on your weapon

You can use the AGM Comanche-22 in two ways. To attach physically attach it to the body of your rifle scope, you will need an adapter ring. It's not included with this product, but can be found with te optional accessories section. When selecting the appropriate adapter ring, you must consider the outer size of the housing near the objective lens of your rifle scope (so not the diameter of the lens itself). To attach, screw the clip-on into the adapter ring and then securely attach it to your rifle scope. So in this way, it doesn't matter if your weapon has a Weaver/Picatinny, Dovetail, Blaser or other connection because after all, you are attaching the scope to your rifle scope that is already on your weapon.

If the rail on your weapon is long enough, you can also attach the night scope on the Weaver/Picatinny rail. You then position the night scope in front of your own rifle scope. A quick-release Weaver/Picatinny mount is included with this item.

Application AGM Comanche-22 (NL2i)

The Comanche-22 is suitable for shooting at night and in twilight with extreme precision. The scope lends itself to shooting at both short and medium distances, for example with your air rifle. With a night vision clip-on with IIT, you have the best, most realistic viewing experience and you do not have to re-zero your rifle scope. It is an indispensable accessory for the hunter or tactical user who wants to add night vision to his/her rifle scope. You can also use the night viewer from your hand using the supplied eyepiece.

This night vision viewer is equipped with an image intensifier tube, so you cannot use the device during the day. It will automatically shut down when too much light is present.
