The Stellar Filter Kit contains 4 point, 6 point and 8 point star filters to give you a range of starburst effects.


The stellar filter kit lets you create stellar effects from bright and nearby light sources, making them appear as 4 point, 6 point or 8 point stars. For best results, use a strong, nearby and partially obscured light source, such as the sun peeking through the canopy of a tree.


Star filters do not affect exposure and add a subtle boost to your photography. The shape of your cameras aperture affects the shape of the stars. The starburst effect is stronger with a polygonal aperture and weaker with a round aperture.
