The JJC LH-68 lens hood is a fully functional replacement for the original Canon ES-68 lens hood, specifically designed for the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens. Its design ensures optimal performance without causing vignetting.

Design Features

Mounts securely on the outer catches of the lens, allowing filters to be screwed directly into the lens thread without being distanced, unlike other hoods with double threads.
The hood can be attached or removed without unscrewing the filter from the lens.
Constructed from high-quality plastic with a matte inner surface to effectively prevent unwanted reflections.

Protection and Usage

This lens hood protects the lens from side and front lens flares as well as physical damage, making it an essential accessory for amateur photographers.
