The ELEGOO Mercury XS is a comprehensive solution for post-processing 3D resin prints, combining both washing and curing functions in one kit. It facilitates the removal of resin residue and ensures optimal curing to achieve a perfect finish on your models. Designed for ease of use and safety, it offers an intuitive and enjoyable user experience.

Integrated Washing and Curing Stations

This kit includes two dedicated modules: a washing station and a curing station. The washing station efficiently cleans resin residue from prints, preparing them for the curing process. The curing station uses UV light to solidify and strengthen the print structure, streamlining the entire post-production workflow without the need for separate devices.

Advanced Curing Features

The curing station features adjustable L-shaped UV lights and a 360° rotating platform to provide uniform UV exposure on all sides of the model. Four LEDs beneath the platform combined with a Fresnel lens emit light at a fixed wavelength of 405 nm, ensuring even curing of complex geometries.

Precision UV Lamp for Detailed Areas

Included is a handheld UV lamp designed to cure interior spaces and intricate details of models, especially useful for complex shapes or post-assembly curing.

Large Capacity Wash Tank

The wash station offers a sealed tank with a 7,000 ml capacity, enabling efficient cleaning of large models or multiple smaller parts simultaneously. For certain printer models like Saturn 4 and Jupiter series, the mounting platform must be removed before washing; otherwise, check maximum cleaning height to determine platform removal necessity.

Safety and UV Protection

The curing station's transparent cover blocks up to 99.9% of UV rays, accelerating curing while protecting the user's eyes. A safety mechanism automatically shuts off UV light when the cover is opened, minimizing UV exposure risks.

Simple and Adjustable Operation

Operation is controlled via an intuitive interface with a dial and button, allowing time settings up to 30 minutes to accommodate different model requirements. Holding the dial for 3 seconds powers on the device for quick processing.
