The Tilta MB-T12-M114 is a 4x5.65 inch carbon fiber matte box designed to clamp directly onto standard-sized cinema lenses, providing a lightweight and unobtrusive solution for lens shading and flare control.
Lens Adapter Rings
This matte box includes multiple lens adapter rings to fit most standard front diameter sizes, including a 114mm adapter ring. These rings enable direct attachment to the lens, eliminating the need for lens donuts. Additional sized backings can be purchased separately to accommodate other lens diameters.
Flare Protection and Mounting Options
- One top French flag is included to provide effective flare protection.
- A 15mm rod attachment is provided for mounting the matte box via Lightweight Support System (LWS) rods.
