Yongnuo YN200 Speedlite

Description

The Yongnuo YN200 is a small flash with great capabilities. Its compact body combines the advantages of versatile reporter flashes with the high power of studio flashes. It is powered by a powerful 2900 mAh replaceable battery that will trigger up to 500 flashes at full 200 Ws. Working with TTL automatic light metering, HSS mode and built-in radio control are just a few of its many advantages.

Power and capability .

The flash is equipped with a 200 Ws burner (guide number 60 GN / ISO 100 with canopy mounted). The Yongnuo YN200 is almost four times more powerful than standard reporter lights, yet it is no different in size and weight.

The flash can be used in automatic (TTL), manual (M) and strobe (Multi) modes, and a built-in receiver for the YN560-TX PRO radio system means it can be controlled remotely. In addition, the Yongnuo YN200 is equipped with the HSS function, which allows the use of flash lighting also at very short exposure times (up to 1/8000 s).

The flash is powered by a very powerful 2900 mAh battery, which allows up to 500 flashes to be triggered at full power. The reloading time is between 0.01 and 2 seconds, depending on the flash power. The flash power can be precisely adjusted between 1/1 – 1/64 in 1/3 EV increments. Control of the flash is facilitated by an easy-to-read LCD display and an ergonomic control panel located on the rear of the device.

Radio, optical and cable connectivity .

Wireless communication with the YN200 flash is possible in two ways. The first is based on radio communication, supported by the new 560 PRO system, which integrates the two older YN560 and YN622 systems into one compatible unit.

The other works via an optical signal in the Nikon / Canon trigger system and in photocell mode.

The flash also has a 3.5mm mini jack sync socket, which allows you to plug in external triggers or connect directly to your camera with a suitable cable.

Additional accessories .

In addition to the Yongnuo YN200 lamp, the kit includes a rechargeable battery, charger with USB – USB-C cable, a replaceable torch and a canopy with a milky diffuser. The lamp has two 1/4″ threads, allowing it to be mounted on a lighting tripod. When the lamp is installed in a special bracket (not included), a full range of Bowens-mounted modifiers can be used.
