This lightweight aluminum cage is designed to protect the GoPro HERO8 Black camera while providing multiple accessory mounting options without obstructing the camera's buttons, ports, or battery access. To install, slide the camera into the cage after removing the camera’s original side battery door, then press the locking cover to secure it in place.

Accessory Mounting Features

• Two cold shoe mounts for accessories such as microphones or LED lights.
• Several 1/4"-20 threaded holes for versatile accessory attachment, including compatibility with SmallRig Cold Shoe Mount 1593 and Cold Shoe Mount 1960.
• GoPro microphone adapter holder fixed on the right side of the cage using two included 1/4"-20 screws.
• Front filter ring accepts 52mm threaded filters for enhanced image control.
