DJI Care Pro Inspire 3 (2-year plan)
DJI Care Pro is an exclusive service protection that allows you to use your DJI professional devices with peace of mind. It includes technical support, maintenance, and repairs, enabling you to focus on creating content without worry. You can extend the protection by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times, totaling 4 years). The official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service period.
Unlimited repairs
DJI Care Pro provides 2-year protection for your equipment with unlimited repairs up to 22,000 PLN (prices depend on the exchange rate). The service covers water damage and falls, ensuring your equipment is in good hands in case of accidents.
Factory maintenance
The service includes one factory maintenance per year, checking device parts, performing hardware updates, and replacing delicate components. You will receive an official maintenance report, ensuring your equipment remains in good condition. The 2-year DJI Care Pro plan also includes free replacement of 4 batteries.
Flyaway service
If your drone experiences a flyaway, DJI Care Pro allows you to purchase a new one at a promotional price of 5500 PLN. This service permits 2 such purchases in 2 years, with replacement products being new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Free delivery
Enjoy free delivery with DJI Care Pro, as DJI covers the cost of shipping your equipment to the service center and back.
Important information
You can link a previously purchased DJI product to the DJI Care Pro service if one of the following conditions is met:
- The product is new and has not yet been activated.
- The product has been activated within the last 48 hours.
- The product is a handheld device activated within the last 30 days.
- To ensure normal use of DJI Care Pro, the service and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region.
