Service Protection
DJI Care Pro is an exclusive service protection that allows you to use your DJI professional devices with peace of mind. It includes technical support, maintenance, and repairs, enabling you to focus on creating content without worry. You can extend the protection by purchasing additional annual plans (up to three times, totaling four years). The official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service period.
Unlimited Repairs
DJI Care Pro provides one year of protection for your equipment with unlimited repairs up to 55,000 PLN, covering water damage and falls.
Factory Maintenance
The service includes one factory maintenance, where device parts are checked, hardware updates performed, and delicate components replaced. You will receive an official maintenance report, ensuring your equipment remains in good condition. The plan also includes a free replacement of 2 batteries.
Flyaway Coverage
If a flyaway incident occurs, DJI Care Pro allows you to buy a replacement product at a discounted price of 27,500 PLN. Replacement products are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free delivery; DJI covers the cost of shipping your equipment to and from the service center.
Important Information
- Linking a previously purchased DJI product to DJI Care Pro is possible if:
- The product is new and not activated.
- The product was activated within the last 48 hours.
- The product is a handheld device activated within the last 30 days.
- To use DJI Care Pro, the service and product must be purchased in the same country or region.
Possibility of Extending Protection
Users can extend protection for a maximum of 3 years by purchasing additional yearly plans. Specific conditions must be met for protection extension.
- Purchase DJI Care Refresh in one of the following variants: yearly plan, 2-year plan, or yearly plan with additional yearly plan.
- The validity of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service must not have expired or expired within 15 days.
