Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery of digital products occurs from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to the email address provided during order placement.
DJI Care Pro Inspire 3 (two-year plan) - electronic code
DJI Care Pro is an exclusive service protection that allows you to use DJI professional equipment with peace of mind. The package includes technical support, maintenance, and potential repairs. This allows you to focus on creating and being inspired without worrying about losing the functionality of your equipment. It is also possible to extend the coverage for up to 4 years by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to 2 times). The manufacturer's official warranty also applies during the service period.
Unlimited Repair Services
DJI Care Pro guarantees 2 years of protection for your equipment and offers an unlimited number of repairs up to 110,000 PLN. The service covers damages resulting from water contact or accidental falls, enabling you to work without worries - if something happens, DJI Care Pro provides professional care for your equipment.
Factory Maintenance
As part of the service, you also have the option to use one factory maintenance service per year. This includes checking all device components, performing software updates, and replacing delicate parts. You will also receive an official report documenting the maintenance, ensuring your equipment remains in excellent condition for longer! Furthermore, the 2-year DJI Care Pro service offers the possibility of free replacement for 4 batteries.
Flyaway Service
If your drone flies away for unknown reasons and its recovery is not possible, DJI Care Pro allows you to purchase a new one at a special promotional price of 27,500 PLN. The Flyaway Service allows you to make 2 such purchases within 2 years. Note that replacement products purchased at reduced prices are entirely new or equally efficient and reliable as new ones.

With DJI Care Pro, you can also benefit from free shipping - DJI covers the shipping costs to and from the service center.
Additional Information
- The product is new and has not been activated yet.
- You can link a previously purchased DJI product with DJI Care Pro if one of the following conditions is met:
- The product was activated within the last 48 hours.
- The product is a handheld device and was activated within the last 30 days.
- To ensure the possibility of using DJI Care Pro, the service and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region.
Possibility of Coverage Extension*
Users also have the option to extend the coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.
- If you have a DJI Care Refresh annual plan, you can extend the coverage 2 times by purchasing 2 additional annual plans.
- If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend the coverage only once by purchasing one annual plan.
Note: It is not possible to extend the coverage by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.
To be eligible for coverage extension, certain conditions must be met:
- Purchase a DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh annual plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and additional annual plan (renewal).
- The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or expired within the last 15 days.
