The DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan (DJI RS 3 Mini) EU is an official DJI service card that provides extended protection for your RS 3 Mini gimbal, offering fast replacements with new or like-new units in case of accidental damage, so you can work with confidence for two full years.

This comprehensive protection service safeguards your gimbal against unexpected damage during use. You can request replacement units for your DJI RS 3 Mini within the 24-month coverage period. Each replacement device is guaranteed to be new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability, ensuring uninterrupted professional results.

DJI Care Refresh can be activated for a brand-new, unactivated gimbal, a device activated within the last 48 hours, or a unit that has been repaired at an official DJI Service Center within 72 hours of receiving an invitation email. Once purchased, the service agreement is sent by email and the plan is automatically linked to your device, becoming active within 24 hours.

The service is region-locked, meaning both the DJI RS 3 Mini and DJI Care Refresh must be purchased in the same country or region (EU) for the benefits to apply. In the event of damage, simply submit a service request through DJI, and after approval, receive a replacement unit that meets DJI's strict quality standards, minimizing downtime and repair uncertainty.
