The Tilta Nucleus-M Wireless Lens Control System Partial Kit IV provides essential components for wireless control of focus and iris on prime lenses. This kit includes the Nucleus-M FIZ hand unit controller, two Nucleus-M motors, two removable DSLR lens follow focus adapter belts, two motor power cables, two marking disks for the hand unit, a lanyard for the hand unit, and a battery charger unit. The system allows an assistant camera operator to pull focus and adjust iris wirelessly. For lenses without standard cine-style gears, the included lens belts add gear teeth to enable motor control.
This dual-axis system typically controls focus and iris, with the hand unit capable of controlling a third motor (not included) for zoom when using zoom lenses. Wireless operation is possible up to 305 meters (1000 feet) away. The hand unit runs on two 18650 lithium-ion batteries (not included) and offers approximately 10 hours of operation per charge. The first motor is powered via the included D-Tap to 7-pin cable, while the second motor daisy-chains power from the first using a 7-pin to 7-pin cable. The included lanyard allows the hand unit to be worn around the neck for ease of use.

It features a large wood-edged focus knob, a zoom joystick, an iris wheel, and a backlit LED display. Users can select from short, medium, and long transmission ranges to optimize working distance and battery life. The unit operates on 15 selectable 2.4 GHz channels to minimize interference in busy environments. It supports up to 10 programmable soft stops with vibration feedback for precise focus pulls and allows automatic or manual lens calibration. Wireless run/stop control is available for select cameras with additional cables. The hand unit is powered by two 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (not included) and can operate up to 10 hours on a single charge.

Tilta Nucleus-M FIZ Lens Control Motor
The compact Tilta Nucleus-M FIZ Lens Control Motor integrates the motor drive within the unit, eliminating the need for a separate drive box and enabling faster setup. It includes a cine-standard 0.8 Mod, 35-tooth, 32-pitch gear and a 19mm rod adapter with a bushing for mounting on 15mm rods. The motor supports automatic and manual calibration and offers high, medium, and low torque settings. Power is supplied via a separately available D-Tap cable or daisy-chained from another motor using a 7-pin cable.
