The FNIRSI DPOS350P is a versatile digital oscilloscope designed for convenient, intuitive operation. Its 7-inch touch screen provides a clear view of signals and quick access to key functions. The instrument combines an oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyser and frequency response analyser in one device. High bandwidth, fast sampling and deep memory support precise signal analysis, while advanced visualisation modes improve measurement readability.

Touch-screen control

The large 7-inch touch screen provides a clear view of the analysed signal and precise control of measurement parameters. Its interface makes it easy to assess system behaviour, while the high-quality display supports diagnostics and testing.

Four instruments in one

The DPOS350P combines four measurement functions: a two-channel oscilloscope with 350 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/s sampling, 8-bit resolution and a waveform capture rate of 50,000 waveforms per second; a signal generator with output up to 50 MHz; a spectrum analyser covering 200 kHz to 350 MHz; and a frequency response analyser covering 100 kHz to 50 MHz. Combining these functions in one instrument can save bench space and setup time.

Measurement performance

The oscilloscope offers 350 MHz bandwidth, a sampling rate of 1 GSa/s and a memory depth of 60 kpts for accurate signal reproduction and stable measurements, including with complex waveforms. The frequency response analyser supports Bode plot analysis from 100 Hz to 50 MHz, with adjustable excitation frequency, amplitude and offset. It is suitable for testing amplifiers, filters and power loops, and for assessing circuit frequency response.

Spectrum and EMI analysis

The spectrum analyser covers 200 kHz to 350 MHz. Key parameters can be adjusted manually, including start and stop frequencies, bandwidth, reference level, attenuation and FFT length. Cursor measurements and visualisation modes include waterfall and 3D waterfall displays. These functions support EMI testing, RF signal analysis and harmonic detection.

Signal display

Digital fluorescence provides clear signal traces and colour differentiation. Noise filtering helps improve waveform detection and presentation, while high-resolution mode supports 8- to 16-bit display resolution.

Portable design and operation

The slim housing has a black finish with blue accents. Its tablet-style form supports one-handed operation, and the capacitive touch interface provides direct access to functions. The instrument supports Chinese, English, Russian and Portuguese. It has a 7-inch IPS display with a 1024 × 600-pixel resolution and a full viewing angle.
