Two Independent Channels

Two independent output channels can generate different signals simultaneously for more advanced measurements. The maximum output frequency is 60 MHz. The amplitude range varies according to load and frequency. For high-impedance loads, it is 2 mVpp to 20 Vpp below 10 MHz and 2 mVpp to 10 Vpp above 10 MHz. With a 50 Ω load, the range is 1 mVpp to 10 Vpp below 10 MHz and 1 mVpp to 5 Vpp above 10 MHz. A 200 MSa/s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution support accurate waveform reproduction, preserve fine detail and minimise distortion.

Standard and Arbitrary Waveforms

The TSG3020 generates sine, square, ramp (sawtooth), pulse, noise and DC waveforms. It also supports custom arbitrary waveforms created point by point, enabling precise reproduction of complex signals. VeriPoint technology supports arbitrary-waveform sampling rates from 1 µSa/s to 200 MSa/s while retaining signal detail and keeping jitter below 200 ps. ZeroSurge technology improves square, pulse and sawtooth waveforms, limiting overshoot to a maximum of 1% and providing rise and fall times as short as 13.5 ns. Advanced Modulation
