The original Laowa hood is designed to work with a specific lens. Its unique shape provides maximum protection against side flares without causing vignetting.
The hood is attached to the external lens attachments, so you can use it simultaneously with filters screwed onto the lens thread. The hood can be attached and removed without having to unscrew the filters from the lens.
