NiSi Close Up Lens Kit 77mm

The NiSi Close Up Lens Kit NC 77mm (with 67 and 72mm adaptors) enables telephoto lenses to function as macro lenses while maintaining a large working distance. It is compatible with zoom or prime lenses in the focal length range of 70-300mm (full frame equivalent).

This close-up lens effectively reduces the minimal focal distance, allowing closer focusing. Magnification depends on the lens focal length and increases with longer focal lengths, reaching nearly 1:1 magnification at 200mm.

Proper use requires understanding the maximum and minimum focusing distances; the optimal working distance is between 22-30cm. It is recommended to use the close-up lens on telephoto lenses with apertures between f/8 and f/16 to achieve the sharpest details.

The lens is constructed from double optical corrective glass elements with an apochromatic design and multi-nano coating, providing advanced resolution and natural color reproduction with minimal purple or green fringing both in focus and in bokeh.

The kit mounts on any lens with a 77mm filter thread and includes adaptors for 67mm and 72mm threads.
