Has ID Photos Pro been expired for more than 255 days? And are you currently using ID Photos Pro version 5 or newer? With this purchase you upgrade your existing ID Photos Pro subscription. You are entitled to 1 year of updates after entering the upgrade code. We also provide support for ID Photos Pro as long as your license is active. The year starts when you enter the upgrade code.
Upgrading after your license has expired?
Sometimes a license has already expired by the time you upgrade. As an example: ID Photos Pro indicates that your license has already expired for 24 months. If you choose to upgrade at that time, this purchase entitles you to 1 full year of support and updates. In doing so, the software calculates from today's date.
