Soft and Broad Light Diffusion

The Nanlite Translucent Deep Umbrella 165 features a wide 165 cm diameter and a translucent material that softens and broadens light output. This design produces natural-looking, diffuse light with very soft shadows, ideal for photography and videography requiring gentle illumination.

Design and Construction

Translucent Material: Allows light to pass through, creating soft, even lighting.
16-Rod Structure: Maintains umbrella shape for evenly spread light.
Fiberglass Rods: Durable and lightweight construction.

Light Control and Compatibility

Precise Control: Light sources can be positioned anywhere along the umbrella's 8 mm shaft to focus or defocus light, controlling contrast and coverage.
Wide Compatibility: Designed primarily for NanLite's P-Series LED Monolights such as Forza 200 and Forza 300B, but compatible with most LED, strobe, and constant lights featuring an umbrella mount with an 8 mm shaft.
