Cartoni Studio Carbon is a double-stage carbon fiber tripod, designed to support larger fluid heads and camera packages while still maintaining lightweight characteristics to ease operator efforts.
To reduce overall tripod weight while still maintaining the intended loading capacity of 150 kg (331 lbs), all locking knobs and leg castings are made of a high-strength blend of polymers and fiberglass, resulting in a superior combination of loading capacity and operational comfort.
Cartoni engineers designed the aluminum alloy Mitchell base to flawlessly integrate with the leg castings, thus forming a torsion-free structure.
Six high-quality carbon fiber tubes with a diameter of 2.5 cm (1 inch) and a thickness of 1 mm are the ultimate solution for operators needing a lightweight system with high loading capacity.
All Studio tripods are geared to mount an array of Cartoni accessories such as mid-level spreaders, ground spreaders, and dollies to operate in the widest variety of environments. (When assembled with a mid-level spreader, it requires pivoting tripod feet.)
