Neewer TP37 Adjustable Tripod with Fluid Head

Stable design for filming and video recording

The Neewer TP37 is a stable video tripod with a fluid head, designed for filming, video recording and photography outdoors or in the studio. It supports equipment weighing up to 8 kg, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, camcorders and sliders. Its double-construction metal legs increase rigidity and help reduce vibrations during panning and framing changes. A centre spreader stabilises the legs, while non-slip rubber feet improve grip and help prevent the tripod from shifting, including on uneven ground.

Fluid head with smooth camera movement

The damped fluid head provides smooth camera movement while recording. It rotates through 360° for panoramic shots and tilts from -70° to +90°, offering flexibility when working at different angles. Damped movement helps create natural transitions without sudden jerks. The detachable handle can be positioned for comfortable operation by right- or left-handed users.

Height adjustment and folding

The three-section legs adjust the tripod height from 84.5 cm to 187 cm, accommodating low-angle shots and eye-level recording. Durable flip-lock clamps allow quick height adjustment and folding. The tripod measures 89 cm when folded for easier transport and storage. Its foldable design and included carrying bag make it suitable for field work.

Compatibility and quick-release system

The tripod has 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch mounts for compatibility with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, camcorders, sliders and setups with telephoto lenses. Additional adapters can be used to mount smartphones or action cameras. Rubber surfaces on the mounting plate help protect equipment from scratches during setup.

The quick-release plate is compatible with the 501 system and can be fitted quickly. A side-release lock allows the camera to be detached efficiently when changing shots or equipment configurations, which is useful for event and documentary recording and other dynamic shooting conditions.
