The C1 Pro series of the popular Solidcom C1 wireless intercom adds -- besides minor cosmetic changes -- technology for reducing ambient noise (by about 20 dB) using two microphones (the standard directional one is complemented by an omnidirectional one in the handset, which is used to detect ambient noise), as well as a new mute button for Push-to-Talk communication. The Solidcom C1 Pro series is backwards compatible with C1 products, so it can be combined with original headsets and base stations. A variant of the Pro-4S kit with earpieces on both sides of the headset.
The Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pro is a full duplex wireless intercom operating in the 1.9 GHz band (DECT 6.0) with a range of up to 350 m (line-of-sight). By integrating all components into the headset, it offers maximum convenience and easy portability, without additional beltpacks or base stations. The headset weighs approx. 170 g and is supplied with a spare battery for continuous operation, with no dropouts. The Solidcom C1 Pro intercom offers audio transmission in the frequency range 150 Hz - 7 kHz, AEC (Acoustic Echo Cancellation) technology, directional microphone for ambient noise cancellation, additional omnidirectional microphone for ambient detection and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC; can be deactivated), Push-to-Talk operation, transmission encryption, etc. It comes in several variants as a set for teams of two to six.
