KOWA EYEPIECE 35X/40X WIDE FOR TSN-770/880/99 SERIE - TE-80XW 40x

The TE-80XW 40x extreme wide eyepiece is designed for optimum viewing with the human eye as well as digital cameras and smartphones for digiscoping. The eyepiece has a magnification of 40x and a field of view of up to 39m at 1000m distance. Which makes it easier to find subject quicker thanks to a wider view of your surroundings. The optical design incorporates a field flattener lens maintaining a flat resolution throughout the entire 80-degree field of view and a XD lens is utilized to minimize chromatic aberration and features KR coating to protect against dirt, moisture and dust. The eyepiece is compatible with the new TSN-99 range as well as current TSN-880 and TSN-770 series scopes.

A further development of the popular TE-11WZ zoom eyepiece that fits the new TSN-99 Prominar and older TSN-880 series.

The Kowa Zoom Ocular TE-11WZ II 25-60x/30-70x has no less than two XD-lenses, which means that the images are displayed with excellent sharpness, even at the highest magnification. Chromatic aberration is also reduced to the absolute minimum.

In combination with a Kowa spotting scope from the TSN-99 series, a magnification of 30-70x can be achieved. In combination with a Kowa spotting scope from the TSN-880 or TSN-770 series, this is 25-60x

This eyepiece also fits the following historical spotting scopes of Kowa:

Because the TE-11WZ II is equipped with a Twist-up eyepiece ring with three positions, the distance between your eye and the eyepiece can be adjusted. In this way, both spectacle and non-spectacle wearers have a pleasant viewing experience.
