Anycubic ACE 2 Pro Multi-Filament System for the Kobra S1
The Anycubic ACE 2 Pro is an advanced multi-filament system designed to expand 3D printing capabilities by enabling the creation of models in up to 16 colors. It supports 4 colors as standard, and by connecting four units, users can significantly broaden the color palette to handle more complex projects. This system is compatible with Anycubic printers including the Kobra 3, Kobra 3 V2, Kobra 3 Max, Kobra S1, Kobra S1 Max, and Kobra X, providing versatile integration with existing equipment.
Smooth and Fast Filament Feeding
The device features four independent brushless motors that ensure stable, quiet, and precise filament feeding. A new-generation buffering mechanism guarantees smooth filament feeding and retraction, effectively eliminating jams in each channel. The loading speed has been increased to 50 mm/s, doubling the speed compared to the previous version. Filament change time is reduced to approximately 56 seconds, saving up to 47 minutes over 100 filament changes.
Optimal Conditions with Drying and Humidity Control
The ACE 2 Pro system supports simultaneous filament drying and printing, maintaining optimal material conditions throughout operation. Built-in temperature and humidity sensors monitor environmental conditions in real time, while a solenoid valve actively removes excess moisture. An additional silicone ring seal protects the filament from external factors, enhancing print quality and reducing the risk of errors.
Durable Construction and Quiet Operation
Input ports are made of alumina ceramic, providing high wear resistance that extends device lifespan and reduces maintenance needs. The brushless motors have a lifespan of at least 5,000 operating hours. Noise levels remain low, below 48 dB with the door closed and around 55 dB during active drying, allowing comfortable use even in enclosed spaces.
Easy Maintenance and Quick Jam Removal
External feed channels and a quick-release mechanism enable instant disassembly and jam removal. Servicing takes only a few seconds without requiring complicated tools, significantly improving user convenience.
Smart Printing Assistance
The built-in smart assistant system simplifies daily operation by estimating remaining filament on the spool, automatically switching to a new spool when depleted, and recognizing Anycubic filaments and their parameters when connected to the internet. This enhances print process predictability and reduces maintenance.
