Revopoint Trackit SR Optical 3D Scanner

The Revopoint Trackit SR combines high scanning accuracy with wireless operation, advanced optical tracking and three scanning modes, adapting to a wide range of applications. Its lightweight 1 kg scanner is easy to transport, while its ability to capture both small details and large objects makes it suitable for professional work environments. The included Revo Measure and Revo Track software streamline measurement and further processing of acquired data.
Three scanning modes
The Trackit SR offers three specialised modes, so you can choose the method best suited to the object. Long-range mode uses 17 parallel laser lines to capture larger components efficiently. For fine details, 30 intersecting laser lines provide high data density. A single laser line can capture deep holes and hard-to-reach areas, adding versatility when scanning challenging models.
High accuracy and markerless tracking
The advanced optical tracking system eliminates the need for markers, simplifying scan preparation and speeding up the process. The system provides volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm × L (m), enabling precise geometric representation, including on large objects. Thermal stabilisation takes just two minutes, so scanning can begin without a lengthy warm-up. The Trackit SR is suited to applications where measurement precision and productivity are essential.
Wireless operation for large objects
Wireless scanning removes cable restrictions, while support for wireless multi-position stations makes it quick to set up a workstation for digitising large objects. This helps streamline complex projects and scanning at different locations. The scanner weighs just 1 kg, improving comfort during extended measurement sessions and fieldwork.
Ready for varied conditions
The calibration process is optimised so that full system setup takes less than 20 minutes. The scanner can operate outdoors in light levels of up to 100,000 lux while maintaining high-quality data acquisition. It also creates detailed texture maps and accurately reproduces colours, combining precise geometry with a natural surface appearance. Together with Revo Measure and Revo Track software, it forms a complete tool for professional 3D scanning and post-processing.
