The Revopoint Trackit SR combines high scanning accuracy with wireless operation, optical tracking and three scanning modes for a wide range of applications. Weighing 1 kg, the scanner is easy to transport and can capture both small parts and large objects. Revo Measure and Revo Track software support measurement and processing of acquired data.
Three scanning modes
Choose the scanning mode suited to the object and required level of detail. Long-range mode uses 17 parallel laser lines to capture larger components efficiently. Precision mode uses 30 intersecting laser lines to acquire dense data for fine details. Deep-hole mode uses a single laser line to reach holes and other hard-to-access areas.
Accuracy and markerless tracking
The optical tracking system eliminates the need for markers, simplifying preparation and speeding up scanning. The tracking system provides volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm × L (m), supporting precise geometric capture of large objects. Thermal stabilisation takes approximately two minutes, helping you begin work quickly.
Wireless scanning and portability
Wireless scanning removes cable restrictions, while support for wireless multi-position stations helps set up a workstation for digitising large objects. The 1 kg scanner is designed for comfortable use during extended measurement sessions and fieldwork.
Calibration, outdoor use and colour capture
Full system setup takes less than 20 minutes. The scanner can operate outdoors in light levels of up to 100,000 lux while maintaining data acquisition quality. It also creates detailed texture maps and reproduces colours, combining precise geometry with a natural surface appearance. Used with Revo Measure and Revo Track software, it provides a toolset for professional 3D scanning and post-processing.
