Product details

ANYCUBIC Tough Resin Ultra (Black)

ANYCUBIC Tough Resin Ultra is a photopolymer resin for LCD and DLP 3D printers. Its key features are high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. With an elongation at break of 70–80%, printed models combine strength with reduced risk of cracking and quickly return to their original shape after deformation. The resin is designed for durable functional models, moving parts and prints exposed to impacts, bending or extended use. Its specially formulated composition also helps reduce odour during printing.

Flexibility and crack resistance

The resin offers high elasticity and impact resistance, while helping printed parts retain their structural integrity, including thin-walled structures. It resists cracking under stress and quickly returns to its original shape after deformation. Finished models are therefore better suited to accidental drops, transport and demanding use.

Detail and applications

ANYCUBIC Tough Resin Ultra reproduces fine details such as hair, textures and small structural features. It is also suitable for models with moving parts, where individual components can be adjusted or replaced.

Durability and resistance to external factors

The formulation is designed to limit the effects of moisture and UV radiation on finished prints. The manufacturer states that the material offers resistance to brittleness, corrosion and deformation, including during long-term storage. Low moisture absorption helps maintain dimensional stability over time.

Use on its own or mixed with other resins

The resin can be used as a primary printing material or mixed with other resins. When used as an additive, it can increase the impact resistance and durability of finished models.

Printer compatibility

Optimised for Anycubic LCD printers, the resin is also compatible with other LCD and DLP printers using UV light in the 365–405 nm wavelength range.
