The FLIR ONE PRO for iOS transforms your iPhone or iPad into a powerful thermal imaging camera. Featuring a detector resolution of 160x120 pixels, this third-generation FLIR One Pro is designed for both professional and personal use, enabling easy visualization of invisible heat-related issues.
MSX Technology
The camera combines thermal images with visible light images using FLIR's MSX technology. This fusion produces sharp, detailed images that are easy to interpret. Users can adjust the balance between the thermal and visible images with the MSX slider or disable either image entirely.
Temperature Measurement and Visualization
The device allows placement of up to three temperature measurement spots within the displayed image, which can be adjusted via the smartphone interface. It offers nine different color palettes to highlight temperature differences effectively, including:
- Grey palette for high contrast
- Hottest mode to emphasize the warmest areas
- Rainbow mode displaying the full color spectrum from coldest to warmest
Smartphone Control and Compatibility
Operation is managed through the free FLIR ONE app available on the App Store. The FLIR ONE PRO supports iPhone 6 and newer models, as well as iPad and iPad Mini devices. It features an internal battery, ensuring it does not drain the smartphone or tablet's power.
Applications
The FLIR ONE PRO is a versatile tool for detecting heat-related issues such as drafts, moisture leaks, overheating, and HVAC system monitoring. It is suitable for professionals like brokers, technical service providers, consultants, and security personnel, as well as for personal use, such as locating pets in the dark. The device is IP54 certified, making it dustproof, water-resistant, and capable of withstanding drops from up to 2 meters.
