SJCAM S10 128GB Action Camera (Black)
The SJCAM S10 lets you capture everyday moments, travel, activities and spontaneous shots in 4K. Weighing just 46 g, it features a 150° field of view, SteadyMotion 2.0 stabilisation and a 2.51-inch tilting touchscreen on the Boost Pod module, making it easy to carry and monitor recordings in real time. The camera records for up to 115 minutes in 4K at 30 fps on its own. Paired with the Boost Pod, recording time is specified as up to 290 minutes in the product description; the technical specifications list up to 240 minutes. The camera is water-resistant to 5 m, and its magnetic mount and dual-band Wi-Fi provide flexibility in a range of recording situations.
Capture memories in 4K
Recording in 4K resolution preserves important moments with rich detail and vibrant colours. The SJCAM S10 is suited to travel, mountain activities and everyday recording. Its 150° field of view captures more of the surroundings in a single frame, making it useful for expansive landscapes, rides and unfolding events.
Smoother footage with SteadyMotion 2.0
SteadyMotion 2.0 stabilisation reduces shake and vibration to help produce smooth, stable footage during dynamic activities. It is useful for filming children at play, pets and other action while retaining image detail. The camera also has a 6-axis gyroscope.
2.51-inch tilting touchscreen
The Boost Pod module has a 2.51-inch touchscreen that tilts through 180°. It provides a real-time preview and camera controls, and helps with framing vlogs and selfies. The camera itself has no display.
Landscape and portrait recording
The SJCAM S10 supports both landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) video recording. This makes it possible to create content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, with the format selected to suit the intended use.
Boost Pod: live view, control and extra power
The Boost Pod module acts as a charging station, remote-control interface and live-view centre. It lets you position the camera in less accessible locations and monitor the frame in real time. The wireless transmission range between the module and camera is 8–10 m; a distance of up to 5 m is recommended for stable live view.
Recording time and battery
The camera alone records 4K/30 fps video for up to 115 minutes. With the Boost Pod, the product description states a maximum recording time of 290 minutes at the same resolution and frame rate, while the technical specifications state 240 minutes. The camera has a 660 mAh battery and the Boost Pod has a 1900 mAh battery. The camera charges via the Boost Pod; the module charges through USB-C. Charging takes approximately 80 minutes for the camera and 120 minutes for the camera with the Boost Pod module.
Magnetic mounting
The S10 attaches to metal surfaces using its magnetic mount, allowing quick positioning without bulky mounting equipment. Its compact design and 46 g camera weight make it easy to place in a variety of locations.
Smartphone connection
Dual-band Wi-Fi and the SJCAM X app support a real-time preview, remote camera control and transfer of recordings to a smartphone for editing and sharing. Wi-Fi supports 5 GHz (802.11a/n/ac) and 2.4 GHz (802.11b/g/n).
