Action camera SJCAM SJ11 Active (black)

SJCAM SJ11 Active Action Camera

The SJCAM SJ11 Active captures dynamic moments in 4K at 30 fps, 2K at up to 60 fps and photos at up to 20 MP. An Ambarella SoC and Sony sensor support image quality, while electronic image stabilisation and a 6-axis gyroscope help produce smooth footage during movement. The camera offers a 154° field of view, 8× digital zoom and distortion correction. It is water-resistant to 5 m without an additional case and to 30 m when used in the included waterproof case.

Smooth 4K Video and 20 MP Photos

Choose from a range of resolutions for travel, sports and other activities. The SJ11 Active records 4K at 30 fps, 2K at up to 60 fps, 1080p at up to 120 fps and 720p at up to 120 fps. Maximum photo resolution is 20 MP. Video features include time-lapse, slow motion, loop recording, delayed recording and pre-recording, as well as motion detection, car mode, portrait mode and simultaneous photo and video capture.

Stabilisation for Dynamic Action

6-axis gyroscopic stabilisation helps reduce camera shake when recording activities such as cycling, skiing or skydiving. Slow-motion options include 2× at 2K and 60 fps, 4× at 1080p and 120 fps, and 8× at 720p and 120 fps, allowing fast-moving action to be captured in detail and played back smoothly.

154° Field of View and Distortion Correction

The f/2.0 lens provides a 154° field of view, capturing a wide area without frequent reframing. Distortion correction reduces the characteristic fisheye effect for more natural-looking images. The camera also offers 8× digital zoom and white balance settings for auto, daylight, cloudy, incandescent, fluorescent and underwater conditions.

Two Screens and Compact Design

The 2.33-inch HD touchscreen makes it easy to adjust settings and review footage. An additional 1.3-inch screen is also provided. The metal housing helps dissipate heat and improves resistance to drops. The camera measures 64.5 × 44.5 × 30.5 mm and weighs 108 g.

Wi-Fi and App Connectivity

With 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, the SJ11 Active connects to a smartphone using the SJCAM Zone app. The app lets you view and download recordings and edit photos and video clips on your phone. The camera also supports YouTube live streaming, can be used as a webcam and is compatible with the dedicated SJCAM remote control.

Ready for Water Adventures

The camera body is waterproof to 5 m for use in rain and water. With the included waterproof case, it can be used at depths of up to 30 m. The 1300 mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 100 minutes of recording in 4K at 30 fps. Recordings can be saved to a microSD card with a capacity of up to 128 GB.
