As part of the Smart Adapter series, it provides full electronic aperture diaphragm control from the camera body in Program (P), Shutter Priority (S), Aperture Priority (A), or Manual (M) modes. EXIF metadata such as lens ID, focal length, and aperture is transmitted to the camera for integrated workflow.
