The BMPCC4K Speed Booster ULTRA 0.71x and XL 0.64x are designed specifically for Blackmagic cameras, optimizing for the 2.4mm filter stack thickness. This adaptation enhances the optical performance compared to standard M43 Speed Booster adapters.
The CINE version features a robust cine-style positive locking mechanism, eliminating play during focusing, which is crucial for cine work with EF lenses.
This Speed Booster reduces the BMPCC 4K camera's crop factor from 2.02x to 1.43x, allowing for the largest aperture optics available, with a maximum output aperture of f/0.9.
