Compatibility

  • Allows Canon EF and EF-S series lenses to be mounted on Sigma, Leica, and Panasonic L-mount system cameras.
  • Compatible L-mount cameras include Leica SL, SL2, T, TL, TL2, CL; Panasonic Lumix S1, S1R, S1H; Sigma FP, and others.
  • Note: Canon STM lenses (e.g., EF 50mm f/1.8 STM, EF 18-135mm IS STM) are not compatible due to their autofocus motor requirements.

Construction and Design

  • Manufactured with high-quality copper and aluminum alloy for durability and smooth operation.
  • Features a red dot alignment mark for precise and easy installation and removal.
  • Tight and smooth bayonet connection ensures no looseness between lens and camera body.

Functionality

  • Manual focus adapter without electronic contacts; no autofocus or electronic aperture control.
  • Supports manual focus to infinity.
  • Aperture cannot be adjusted via the adapter and defaults to the lens's largest aperture.
  • Aperture adjustment is only possible if the lens has a manual aperture ring.
  • For zoom lenses, set the desired aperture before attaching the adapter and camera.

Usage Notes

  • If the camera does not release the shutter when using the adapter, enable the "release shutter without lens" option in the camera settings to allow shooting.
  • Adapting APS-C lenses to full-frame L-mount cameras may cause vignetting; this is not a fault of the adapter. Some cameras can correct this by switching to APS-C crop mode.
