MTF Fuji MK Lens Conversion from E to Fuji X Mount (MTFUJIX)
Since the launch of Fujinon's MK lenses in February 2017, users have requested a wider range of mounts beyond the native Sony E-Mount found on the 18-55mm and 50-135mm lenses. MTF has developed a precision conversion solution to adapt these lenses for Fuji X mount cameras.
Key Features
- Precision manufactured Fuji X mount made from stainless steel for enhanced accuracy and durability.
- Includes Fuji X mount cap for protection.
Fitting Instructions
- Remove the 4 screws from the existing E mount carefully to avoid losing or damaging them.
- Gently lift off the E mount.
- Remove the light baffle from the E mount and attach it to the X mount using the 3 screws located behind the mount.
- Leave any shims under the E mount in place.
- Carefully fit the new X mount with the location slot positioned at the 5 o'clock position.
- Secure the mount with the supplied 4 screws.
- After fitting, check the lens back focus as usual; it should be correct but may require minor adjustment.
Important Note
This conversion kit is designed exclusively for lenses originally equipped with the Sony E mount.
